Weekly Yoga Practice Schedule
Ideally this could be a month-long program so that you can spend a week on each series. Enhance your yoga journey by practicing each tutorial throughout the week. Aim for a minimum of 2-3 sessions per tutorial for optimal results. Feel free to practice more if your schedule allows! You can either complete the entire tutorial or focus on specific challenging components.
Example of Weekly Schedule Overview:
Monday: Entire tutorial
Tuesday: Focus on one posture that challenged you
Wednesday: Focus on one posture or sequence that made you feel confident
Thursday: Entire tutorial (or parts thereof)
Friday: Entire tutorial (or parts thereof)
Feel free to play around with these days to suit your lifestyle and other roles and obligations
