Join us for a transformative 15-minute tutorial designed specifically for yogis over 40. We’ll focus on building strength and mobility in your arms and shoulders. With the support of props, we’ll embark on a journey of curious exploration, where you’ll discover your potential in each movement. As we flow through half and basic salutations, I’ll provide articulate guidance to ensure you feel confident and empowered in every pose.
Sun Salutations are designed to warm and energise your entire body, targeting different muscles, strength, and flexibility components.
This session can be practised as a whole flow with me or even broken down into smaller parts to support your personal goal areas.
I recommend that you dedicate two to three practices a week to this tutorial or any part thereof that you would like to deepen. Build a dedicated time and space that honours and supports you.
Creating consistency in your practice is where you begin to see, feel, and notice how you are progressing. Keep moving towards a sustainable practice by listening to your body’s cues.
